Terms of Services
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION１. +70% of initial price per character added.
２. Color only backgrounds are FREE.
３. Any and all prices are subject to revaluation, depending on the complexity of the work.
４. The client is NOT allowed to feed any generative AI tools, datasets or NFTs using the final product.
５. I have permission to post the final work on any social media platform as part of my portfolio.
６. I have the right to refuse any work that I think is too complicated or that makes me uncomfortable.
７. Commercial fees will be +100% of the initial price. PAYMENT & REVISIONS１. Payment via Paypal, Wise or Ko-fi.
２. Payments must happen in formats of 50%-50% or 100% upfront, for the safety measures.
３. Full payment is due after the approval of the Lineart. You'll have 24h after the invoice is sent.
４. Revisions are free during sketch phase.
５. If you want to change something you have previously approved, a fee will be charged.
６. Full refunds will be applied ONLY if the work has not been delivered on time. In cases of cancellation, a partial amount will be refunded. PROCESS & DELIVERY１. Contact me via Discord (for quick replies), Twitter and/or E-mail.
２. After order confirmation, the first installment payment must be made. Once that's done, I'll begin working on the sketch > LineArt.
３. Once the LineArt is approved, the second and final payment must be made, and I will begin rendering the artwork.
４. Final files will be sent via Google Drive or email (whichever you prefer) for higher quality images. They will only be sent after confirmation of the second installment.
５. My standard turnaround time is 1-4 weeks. If anything prevents me from making your artwork a reality, you will be promptly notified.
６. Custom deadlines will incur a fee.
７. Please note that this is a digital product, there is no physical product to be delivered.

５. Tenho permissão para publicar o trabalho final em minhas redes sociais como parte do meu portfólio.
６. Tenho o direito de recusar qualquer trabalho que seja muito complicado ou que me deixe desconfortável em fazê-lo.

２. Pagamentos devem ser feitos nos formatos 50%-50% ou 100% adiantado, por medidas de segurança.
３. Pagamento integral deve ser efetuado após a aprovação da LineArt.
４. Revisões são gratuitas durante a fase de rascunho.
５. Se você quiser mudar algo depois de ter a aprovado anteriormente, uma taxa será cobrada.

４. Arquivos finais serão enviados via Google Drive ou E-mail (o que preferir) para imagens de maior qualidade. Serão enviadas apenas após a confirmação da segunda parcela.
５. Meu prazo padrão de entrega é de 1-4 semanas. Se qualquer coisa que me impeça de fazer sua arte acontecer, você será prontamente avisado.
６. Prazos personalizados terão uma taxa a ser paga.
７. Tenha em mente que este é um produto digital, não há nenhum produto físico a ser entregue.
